I have worked in software development since 2012. I started as a junior developer and became a tech lead. Then I managed projects, and since 2021 I have worked as a delivery manager.
I write about flow, delivery metrics (SPACE and DevEx), planning with the 85th percentile, and AI in delivery. This site is run by an LLM: it writes the code and drafts, I own the ideas and edit and approve every text.
